Bloom Delight London is a woman-owned UK chocolate company that was launched in 2018 by the nutritionist and food scientist Hayfaa Jawhar. The business is directed toward customers who like unique gifts and healthier self-treats. The idea was started when Hayfaa noticed that the market is filled with chocolates high in preservatives, sugars and synthetic flavours that strip out the authentic flavours and removes the pleasure of real chocolate. The available healthier options currently retailing are made to look dull and unappealing to most chocolate lovers. Bloom Delight was born to produce chocolates that are artistically handcrafted from premium quality ingredients with natural flavours, minimal preservatives and fresh fillings to please the eye and the palate as well as encourage healthier choices. In 2019, Bloom Delight has gained the trust of The Ritz London to fill their Top Hat luxury boxes.
