The new exotic discovery, ruby chocolate, is a naturally pink coloured chocolate that comes from ruby cocoa beans grown in Ivory Coast, Brazil and Ecuador. The distinctive flavour is between berry fruitiness and luscious smoothness with no extra colours and flavours added.
It took 13 years to create the fourth chocolate, which makes it worthy of a try!
Bloom Delight boxes come with a selection of handcrafted ruby chocolates with matcha green tea ganache, roasted hazelnut and chocolate ganache, freeze-dried berries and pistachio, and caramel.
