Meet The Founder - Hayfaa Jawhar

Hayfaa Jawhar is a London-based chocolatier, food scientist, nutritionist and the founder of Bloom Delight London.

With a background in food science, Hayfaa approaches chocolate not only as a craft, but as a discipline where technique, balance, and ingredient integrity define the final experience. Every piece created under Bloom Delight London reflects this philosophy: from fillings made from scratch to carefully selected ingredients that prioritise both flavour and quality.

Bloom Delight London was born from a simple observation that much of what is available in the market prioritises appearance over substance. Hayfaa set out to create chocolates that offer both: visually refined, yet grounded in real flavour, thoughtful composition, and a deeper understanding of the process behind them.
Her work has been selected by The Ritz London, where Bloom Delight London chocolates were included in their Top Hat luxury collections reflecting a shared commitment to craftsmanship and refinement.#
